Planned Transformation of Metrostav DIZ s.r.o.

Effective November 1, 2025, the company Metrostav DIZ s.r.o. underwent a structural division.

Plant 2 (excluding selected international projects) was separated into a newly established company under the name Metrostav DIZ a.s.
The original company Metrostav DIZ s.r.o. was renamed Metrostav CZ s.r.o. as of the same date.

This step is part of the long-term strategy of the Metrostav Group, aiming to achieve more efficient management of business activities and ensure the further development of both companies.
